Medical Insurance Plan for dependent

        - You MUST already be insured with AETNA via OEA and your name MUST be in AETNA system in order to enroll your dependent.  After you have established your coverage, please follow the dependent enrollment instruction below.

Dental Plan for students

        -  You (student) do not need to be enrolled in OEA Plan in order to enroll in Dental Plan/Dental Discount Program (at your own cost).

Enrollment Instruction for any options above

         1. log onto Aetna web site at www.aetnastudenthealth.com.

         2. On the main page, you'll see a drop down selection box on the upper right hand corner labeled "Find Your School" . Click on that box and select The Royal Thai Embassy. 

         3. You will then see an option on the left side to enroll in the Medical or the Dental plans. Select the enrollment type you wish to enroll. 

         4. Enter Date of Birth and OEA ID number (only the last 3 digit number or you could make up the number)

         5. Follow the instruction to finishing up the process.

Note:

         1. The Dental premium MUST be paid in full for the whole entire policy year (9/1/10-8/31/11). Aetna only offers this plan at the beginning of the policy year for students and their dependents.  Once enrolled,  there will be no cancellation for premium refund. 
         2. The Dental Discount Program can be purchase at any time during the policy year but not later than May 31, 2011. There will be no premium refund once enrolled.
