UnitedHealthcare New website effective on October 1, 2007

by Thitima last modified 2007-10-05 16:21

Effective on October 1, 2007, UnitedHealthcare has placed frequently used student links up front on the home page:

    • Find My School's Plan: Fast access to plan brochures, enrollment forms, temporary ID cards
    • Buy College Student Insurance: Quick access to online enrollment for your students
    • Log in to My Account: Review claims status, EOB copies, print ID card, request replacement ID card, located a network provider and more
    • Create your online account: For students who have enrolled off line, this link provides the ability to create a My Account space

These same links are also available from within the new Self Service&Support page, which is one click away from any page on the new site.

The new uhcsr.com will also offer another means to access UnitedHealthcare StudentResources' suite of client tools:

    • Log in to Partner Center from the home page to use
      • online Waiver
      • Ledger Billing
      • Super User
      • Student Health Center Referral

Note: These tools are also still available from www.SRPartnerCenter.com.

Moreover, some new contents have been added to the site:

      • LiveandWorkWell.com: Accredited by NCQA and URAC this confidential site provides online support for life's challenges. Available to UnitedHealthcare StudentResources insured students, this site contains a wealth of information about dealing with life's changes. Available from our home page and from within My Account.
      • Podcast by students for students: Because students often don't believe they need insurance until it's too late, we've developed a podcast which features three students talking about the impact of unplanned illness on their life and education. Available from Self Service & Support College Students, students can download the podcast or watch the video from within the site.
