ขอเชิญทุกท่านที่สนใจเข้าร่วมงาน Thai Festival 2008 : The Best of Thailand ในวันเสาร์และอาทิตย์ที่ 23-24 สิงหาคมนี้ ตั้งแต่เวลา 09.30 น. - 20.30 น. ณ Union Station กรุงวอชิงตัน ดี.ซี. โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเฉลิมฉลองการครบรอบ 175 ปี ความสัมพันธ์ไทย-สหรัฐฯ รวมทั้งจะมีการเผยแพร่ศิลปะวัฒนธรรมไทยให้ชาวต่างประเทศได้รู้จักประเทศไทยมากยิ่งขึ้น ทั้งนี้ภายในงานท่านจะได้ท่านชมการแสดงดนตรี นิทรรศการการสาธิตวิถีชีวิตไทย การชกมวยไทย การสาธิตการนวด, ศิลปหัตถกรรม, การวาดร่ม, พิธีการแต่งงานของไทย, การออกร้านจำหน่ายอาหารไทยกว่า 120 ร้าน พร้อมสินค้าของที่ระลึกจากเมืองไทย ทั้งยังมีหนังไทยดังให้ชมตลอดงาน ท่านที่สนใจสามารถเข้าร่วมงานฟรี และอ่านรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมได้ที่ www.thaiembdc.org
